The Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission has approved and uploaded the Medical officer written exam syllabus for various posts of Ayurvedic, General wing & Dental in terms of HPPSC Medical Officer Syllabus 2015 on the website at hp.gov.in. PHASE 1(Written Examination)

This exam is schedule to measure the skill of particulars. Merit list will be declared and on the basis they can go for further round of test called screening test.


  • Questions from Bachelors degree syllabus in Ayurveda: 80 marks
  • General knowledge: 20 Marks

General wing

  • Questions from MBBS degree syllabus: 80 marks
  • General knowledge: 20 marks


  • Questions from Bachelors degree in Dental Surgery: 70 marks
  • General knowledge: 30 marks

PHASE 2(Screening Test)
